About Bookings

You can book either via our website, email or by telephone – visit the availability page to see dates and prices. Please feel free to call or email us to discuss any questions you have prior to booking.

To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the hire fee. We’ll then confirm your booking by email and explain the next steps. All payment are required by bank transfer.

A £500 security deposit is held during the hire period and is refundable on the safe return of the vehicle and its contents. This is payable by bank transfer.

You can book by phone by contacting Ross on 07545 266079 or Donna on 07967 020269. We cab discuss your dates and requirements and offer any advice if needed. Again, dates are secured by receipt of deposit.

You can request your chosen dates online by selecting the camper you’d like to book and checking availability. Send through your request and we’ll get this arranged for you and email through the deposit payment details. If your dates don’t seem to be available we’d always recommend contacting us by phone or email as we may have alternatives or sometimes, last minute changes.

Included free within the hire price is your choice of campervan, fully comprehensive insurance, full breakdown cover, a fully equipped campervan with heater, fridge/gas, mains hook up, outdoor table and chairs, cutlery, melamine dinner set, pots and pans, and utensils.  Also included are few of those essential items to help you along with your adventure.

Just bring yourselves, clothes, food, bedding and towels. (Note: bedding is provided in ‘Skye’ – for Jock we’d recommend bring sleeping bags/duvet and bed sheet).

You can collect your camper from 2pm on the day of hire and it must be returned by 11am on the final day of hire.  This gives us time to fully clean and re-prepare the campers before they go back out on the road.

 

Your dog is welcome to join you on your trip and we request that you ensure they look after the van as well as you do! There is no extra fee for your four-legged friend 🙂

We don’t fix a mileage limit – you’re free to explore with freedom!

In the event of breakdown please contact us as soon as possible (max 12 hours). All the vans have full cover including Roadside Assistance and Relay – National Recovery. Contact numbers are found in your camper.
